Makes 60 mini cookies
This is a great recipe to get the entire family in the kitchen.
INGREDIENTS
1 pouch PILLSBURY Sugar Cookie Mix
Additional ingredients to prepare cookie mix per package directions
1 tub PILLSBURY Creamy Supreme Chocolate Frosting
Colorful chocolate easter eggs
DIRECTIONS
1.Heat oven to 375 degrees. In large bowl, stir cookie mix, butter, and egg. Mix until combined.
2.Roll dough into 3/4-inch balls and place onto baking sheet, about 1 inch apart. Using thumb or spoon, make indentation in center of each cookie.
3.Bake 8 to 10 minutes, or until edges are golden brown. Cool completely.
4.Once cooled, spoon chocolate frosting into the crater of each prepared thumbprint cookie. Place 3 chocolate eggs on top.
