These Easter Basket Cupcakes are topped with extra treats for a fun holiday recipe.
INGREDIENTS
1 box of PILLSBURY FUNFETTI Spring Cake & Cupcake Mix
Additional ingredients to prepare cake mix per box instructions
1 tub of PILLSBURY FUNFETTI Spring Vanilla Frosting
Rainbow colored licorice twists
Jelly beans
DIRECTIONS
1.Prepare cake mix according to box instructions using water, oil, and eggs for cupcakes. Cool completely.
2.Frost cupcakes with an offset spatula or a butter knife. Add jelly beans in the middle of the “basket”. Add sprinkles from the frosting lid.
3.Place a rainbow colored licorice twist to create the “handle”. Serve and enjoy!
