Cookies A La Mode are adorable cookie ‘pizzas’ that make great birthday party fare. Provide an assortment of candy toppings, set up a ‘pizza’ table, and let the kids make their own personalized treats!
INGREDIENTS
1 package (16.5 ounces) NESTLE TOLL HOUSE Refrigerated Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
12 scoops vanilla ice cream
3/4 cup Chocolate Flavor NESTLE NESQUIk Syrup, divided
Candy sprinkles (optional)
DIRECTIONS
1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees Grease 12” round pizza pan or large baking sheet.
2.Slice dough into 16 pieces. Cover bottom of prepared pan with pieces. Allow to soften for 5 to 10 minutes. Using fingertips, pat dough gently to cover bottom.
3.Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until light golden brown. Cool on pan on wire rack for 3 to 5 minutes. Carefully remove to wire rack to cool completely.
4.Cut into wedges; top each wedge with a scoop of ice cream, a tablespoon NESQUIK, and candy sprinkles.
