YOU’LL NEED
waffle cone per gift bag
Cellophane goodie bags
HERSHEY’S Miniatures Assortment of your choice
Curling ribbon
Scissors
DIRECTIONS
1.Place each waffle cone into its own cellophane goodie bag. Make sure there is plenty of extra room at the top of the bag. You’ll use that excess to tie the bag closed.
2.Fill each cone with HERSHEY’S Miniatures. This works great with REESE’S Miniatures, KISSES Candies, JOLLY RANCHER Hard Candy or anything individually wrapped.
3.Tie the top of each cellophane bag with ribbon. Use scissors to create a curl to finish off your gift bags!
