Light up the room with this Christmas Lights Cake.
INGREDIENTS
1 package PILLSBURY FUNFETTI Holiday Cake Mix
1 tub PILLSBURY FUNFETTI Holiday Green Vanilla Frosting
1 tub PILLSBURY FUNFETTI Vanilla Frosting
Ingredients to make cake mix according to package instructions
1/2 cup M&Ms
Sprinkles from FUNFETTI Holiday Green/Red Frosting
DIRECTIONS
1.Prepare cake mix according to package directions to make two 9-inch cake layers. Cool completely.
2.Level cake layers with a serrated knife. Place one cake layer on cake plate. Spread vanilla icing on top of cake. Top with another cake layer. Spread frosting on whole cake. Using a spatula, smooth the top and sides of the cake
3.FOR THE WIRE FOR THE LIGHTS: Use a piping bag fitted with a round tip to pipe wiggling and looping lines on the top and sides of cake.
4.FOR THE LIGHT BULBS: Place M&Ms along the green frosting wire.
5.Add sprinkles around the base of the cake.
