Rainbow FUNFETTI Cake Roll

Makes 2 cake rolls

 

Super fun to make and even more fun to eat…a Rainbow FUNFETTI Cake Roll for your next party.

INGREDIENTS

1 box PILLSBURY FUNFETTI Premium Cake Mix

8 eggs

1/4 cup oil

1/4 cup water

2 tubs PILLSBURY FUNFETTI Vanilla Frosting

 

DIRECTIONS

1.Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Beat together eggs, oil, and water until well combined. Add FUNFETTI Cake Mix and beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour batter into 5 different bowls and dye purple, blue, red, green, and orange. Add to piping bags. Pipe lines in a diagonal onto a parchment lined baking sheet alternating between colors. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.

2.Remove from oven and run a butter knife along each side to detach any parts that are sticking to the pan. Gently flip each cake onto a cooling rack. Gently peel off parchment paper. Flip onto fresh parchment paper. Gently roll each cake with parchment paper and place in fridge for 1 hour to cool.

3.Once cool, gently unroll and spread 3/4 of FUNFETTI Vanilla Frosting onto the inside of each cake and top with sprinkles. Gently reroll without parchment paper. Add 1/2 container of frosting to a piping bag fitted with a piping tip. Decorate and top with sprinkles from frosting package. Cut and serve!
