Makes 1 loaf

Everyone loves chocolate chips and this easy-to-make Pumpkin Chocolate Chip loaf is a fun way to get the kids in the kitchen.


1 cup ARROWHEAD MILLS Organic All-Purpose Flour
1/2 cup ARROWHEAD MILLS Organic Spelt Flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 large eggs
1 cup coconut sugar
1 cup pumpkin puree
3/4 cup avocado oil
3/4 cup chocolate chips
Favorite glaze, optional
Pumpkin seeds, optional


1.In a large bowl, combine all wet ingredients until well incorporated.

2.In another bowl, combine all dry ingredients.

3.Add dry ingredients to your wet until just combined.

4.Pour into a greased, parchment-lined loaf pan.

5.Bake in a 350 degrees oven for 60 to 70 minutes or until a pick comes out clean.

6.Allow to cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan.

7.Top with your favorite glaze and pumpkin seeds.
