Makes 24 brownie bites
Peppermint brownie decadence!
1 1/3 cups NESTLÉ TOLL HOUSE Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
1 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup butter
2 tablespoons water
2 large eggs
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 package (8 ounces) NESTLÉ TOLL HOUSE Peppermint Hot Cocoa Morsels & More
1.Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease a 24 well mini muffin pan.
2.Heat semi-sweet morsels, sugar, butter and water in small saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate and butter are melted. Pour into medium bowl. Stir in eggs, one at a time, with wire whisk until blended. Add flour and salt; stir well. Stir in 1 cup Morsels & More. Set the rest aside. Spoon batter into prepared muffin pan. Top each brownie bite with pieces of remaining Morsels & More.
3.Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out slightly sticky. Cool in pan on wire rack before enjoying.
