Pastel confetti cake
Favorite cake mix or recipe (8 cups batter needed)
Vanilla Decorator Icing – 1lb Can (3 cans needed)
8″ x 2″ round cake pan
11″ straight spatula
13″ angled spatula
Birthday candles (optional)
1.Bake cake. Prepare cake batter following recipe instructions.
2.Bake and cool two cake layers. Level, fill and stack layers for 4″ high cake. Ice cake smooth.
3.Combine sprinkles & nonpareils in small bowl. Press mix around sides of cake, heavier at the bottom and lighter towards the top. Insert candles, if desired.
