Makes 24 cupcakes

Painted Rainbow Cupcakes make a fun addition to any St. Patty’s Day party.

INGREDIENTS

1 box PILLSBURY Moist Supreme Yellow Cake Mix

Ingredients on package

1 tub PILLSBURY Creamy Supreme White Frosting

Red food coloring

Orange food coloring

Yellow food coloring

Green food coloring

Blue food coloring

DIRECTIONS

1.Prepare cupcakes according to package instructions. Let cool completely.

2.Fit a piping bag with a closed star tip. Using a paintbrush, paint a vertical line of each color inside the piping bag. Add in frosting. Pipe a starting dollop of frosting on a piece of paper towel until the color begins to appear. Then pipe a swirl on top of each cupcake.
