Makes 24 Cupcakes

These little monsters are just waiting for your next Halloween celebration.

 

INGREDIENTS
1 package PILLSBURY Funfetti Halloween Cake Mix

Additional ingredients to prepare cake mix per package instructions

2 containers PILLSBURY Funfetti Halloween Vanilla Flavored Frosting

48 mini marshmallows

48 small candy eyeballs

48 toothpicks

 

DIRECTIONS

1.Prepare cake mix according to package instructions, using water, oil, and eggs, to make 24 cupcakes. Cool completely according to package instructions.

2.Place 2/3 cup frosting in small heavy-duty plastic bag; set aside. Frost cupcakes generously with remaining frosting. Decorate cupcakes with candy bits from frosting, if desired.

3.Cut 1/4-inch corner off bag containing frosting. Pipe a small dab of frosting on each marshmallow. Top with a candy eyeball; gently press into frosting.

4.Insert a toothpick into each marshmallow, then insert 2 toothpicks into top of each cupcake to resemble eyes.
