Turn classic milk and cookies into an adorable all-in-one treat! Milk and cookies bark takes just two ingredients and five minutes.
1 package (12 oz) white candy melts or coating wafers
1 cup COOKIE CRISP cereal
1.In medium microwavable bowl, microwave candy melts uncovered on High 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until almost melted. Stir until smooth.
2.Spread on parchment-lined cookie sheet to 1/4-inch thickness, about a 12 x 8-inch rectangle. Immediately sprinkle evenly with cereal; press gently into candy melts.
3.Let stand about 30 minutes or until firm. Break into 2-inch pieces. Store covered at room temperature.
TIP:Try adding other cereal, such as TRIX, CHOCOLATE CHERRIOS, or FRUITY CHEERIOS.
If you want the bark to set up faster, place in refrigerator.
