Candy bark is so easy to make and this Leprechaun-Shamrock version is sure to become a family-favorite every year during the month of March.
INGREDIENTS
WILTON Dark Green Candy Melts
WILTON Vibrant Green Candy Melts
WILTON Light Cocoa Candy Melts
WILTON Sprinkles Sugar Pearls, gold
WILTON Sprinkles Jimmies, green
WILTON Jumbo Nonpareils Sprinkles, green
Mini Marshmallows

DIRECTIONS
1.Chop 1 oz, each Dark Green and Vibrant Green CANDY MELTS Candy into pieces; set aside.
2.Melt 10 oz Light Cocoa CANDY MELTS Candy, following package instructions. Spread onto bottom of cookie pan. Let set at room temperature, about 15 minutes. Do not chill.
3.Separately melt 12 oz White candy and 8 oz. Dark Green CANDY MELTS. Spread White candy on top of the Light Cocoa base. Add Dark Green melted candy on top. Use the spatula to marbleize candy slightly.
4.Immediately sprinkle marshmallows, CANDY MELTS pieces, and sprinkles on top. Chill until set, about 20 minutes, or place in the freezer, 5 to 8 minutes. Candy Bark is set when edges have pulled away slightly from the sides of the pan.
5.Remove candy from pan. Let bark come to room temperature. Break into pieces.
