Celebrate Hanukkah with this delicious Latkes recipe.
INGREDIENTS
3 medium russet potatoes peeled and grated
1 medium yellow onion grated, or thinly sliced
1/2 cup ARROWHEAD MILLS Organic Gluten Free Oat Flour
1/2 cup rolled oats
2 tablespoons butter melted and divided
1 large egg
1 pinch salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
1.Grate peeled potatoes and onions. Place onions in a dishcloth and squeeze to release all the liquid from the potatoes. Add potatoes into a bowl with onions.
2.Mix in flour, rolled oats, egg, and salt and pepper.
3.On a parchment-lined baking sheet, divide each latke into 1/4 cup patties.
4.Place in a pre-heated 425-degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping half way.
5.Serve with your favorite dipping sauces and enjoy!
