DIRECTIONS
.Use a small silicone cup to mix a small amount of resin with pink tint, to achieve the darkest pink shade. Mix only enough resin to fill the small teardrop.
.Make sure mold is clean, dry, and free of dust. Pour the dark pink-tinted resin to fill the teardrop mold to the top. Cure the mold under the UV lamp for several minutes, until completely cured. Cool for 1 to 2 minutes.
.De-mold the shape by popping it out of the mold.
TIP: If still slightly tacky, cure again under the UV light.
.To create the medium-pink color, add more clear resin to the same silicone cup with the dark pink residue. Pour, cure, cool and de-mold this teardrop.
.To create the light-pink color, add more clear resin to the same silicone cup with the medium-pink residue. Pour, cure, cool and de-mold this teardrop.
.Use the same cup to create a light pink shade with gold flake glitter. Pour into the small heart shape. Pour, cure, cool, and de-mold this heart.
.Create a cat charm. Start by cutting a small piece of resin tape and adhering it to the back of the cat charm frame. Seal completely so no resin can leak out.
.Pour a small amount of UV resin in the charm, just enough to cover the bottom and seal all the way to the edges. Cure this first step under the lamp for one minute.
.Add more resin, flowers, and glitters as desired, and fill the charm to the top with resin. Cure again.
.Bend and trim a gold headpin, as shown, to create the cat’s nose. Place this down on the charm with a drop of resin and cure completely.
.Follow Steps 7 – 9 to create a word charm, but instead of flowers and glitter, place sequin letters inside to spell out the word “MEOW”.
.Finally, attach one gold jump ring to the top of each charm and slide them onto the bangle bracelet.
