Ice Cream Cupcakes

From PILLSBURY BAKING

Makes 24 cupcakes

 

Have your “cupcake” and eat it, too…cute and tasty for any party or celebration!

INGREDIENTS

1 package PILLSBURY Moist Supreme Yellow Premium Cake MisIngredients to prepare mix

1 container PILLSBURY FUNFETTI Bold Purple Vanilla Flavored Frosting

1 quart vanilla ice cream

1 jar hot fudge

24 maraschino cherries

 

DIRECTIONS

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line muffin tins with 24 cupcake liners.

2.Prepare and bake cake mix according to package directions. Cool in pans 10 minutes before removing to wire racks to cool completely.

3.Frost cupcakes with Bold Purple Vanilla frosting and sprinkle with sprinkles.

4.Just before serving, heat hot fudge in microwave for 15 to 20 seconds or until warm.

5.Place 1 scoop of ice cream on top of each cupcake.

6.Spoon 2 teaspoons of hot fudge over ice cream and sprinkle with additional sprinkles.

7.Top with maraschino cherries.
