Putting your own spin on hot cocoa is as easy as stirring it up with these dipped-spoon combinations.

INGREDIENTS

Your choice of chocolate chips

Metal or wooden stirring spoons

Your favorite crushed toppings (i.e. crushed peppermints, nuts, etc.)

 

DIRECTIONS

1.Melt 3/4 cups chocolate chips using a microwave or stovetop double boiler. Stir until smooth.

2.Dip spoons in chocolate until covered up to the neck.

3.Gently sprinkle with crushed peppermints, nuts, or other assorted toppings.

4.Place on wax-paper, and chill in refrigerator for 5 minutes.

5.Serve and enjoy.
