Makes 24 cupcakes

These Holiday Reindeer Cupcakes are ready for take off on Christmas Eve.

 

INGREDIENTS

1 box PILLSBURY Moist Supreme Yellow Premium Cake Mix

1/2 cup applesauce

1/2 cup oil

1 cup water

1 tub PILLSBURY Creamy Supreme Salted Caramel Frosting

Red sanding sugar

Brown autumn candy corn candy

Piping bag fitted with large round tip

Chocolate leaf

 

DIRECTIONS

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together the cake mix, apple sauce, oil, and water.

2.Line a cupcake pan with liners of choice and fill them each with 2-3 tablespoons of cake batter. Bake for 12 to 15 mins and let cool completely.

3.Fill a piping bag with salted caramel frosting and pipe a round dollop on top of each cupcake. Roll the frosting in a small bowl filled with red sanding sugar.

4.Using a small round tool or your finger tip make an indentation on top of the cupcake. Insert candy corn with the brown side up and add the chocolate leaf.
