Makes 18 macaroons
Perfect for a Passover table or springtime event…gluten-free and delicious.
Nonstick cooking spray
2 egg whites
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/3 cups sweetened coconut flakes
1/3 cup sugar
2 tablespoons PILLSBURY BEST Coconut Flour
1/8 teaspoon salt
1.Heat oven to 325 degrees. Coat baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
2.Whisk egg whites and vanilla in medium bowl until foamy. Add coconut, sugar, flour, and salt. Stir until well blended.
3.Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto prepared baking sheet. Bake 17 to 20 minutes, or until light golden brown. Remove from baking sheet to wire rack to cool completely.
