Makes 12 medium pancakes

These pancakes are adorable and fun to make…great for parties, playdates, or just some breakfast fun!

INGREDIENTS

1 box PILLSBURY FUNFETTI Unicorn Complete Buttermilk Pancake Mix

Additional ingredients per pancake mix directions

1 Waffle cone

Whipped Cream

Strawberry Frosting (optional)

Fresh strawberries

Extra sprinkles (optional)

DIRECTIONS

1.Coat griddle with a little vegetable oil. Heat it over medium-high heat, or turn up your electric griddle to 375 degrees.

2.Mix your pancake mix and water in a bowl. Mix it until you get rid of any large lumps. Your batter will be a little on the lumpy side. For pancakes a bite above the rest, let your prepped mix stand for 3 minutes.

3.Pour on a little less than 1/2 cup batter for each pancake onto your hot griddle.

4.Cook1 1/2 minutes on each side or until they’re golden brown. Now you’re ready to serve up a short stack!

5.Stack your unicorn pancakes on a plate. Dip a waffle cone into strawberry frosting (optional) and place it on top of the stack. Dip 2 waffle cones (optional) into strawberry frosting and cut the tips of the cones off. Place each tip next to the unicorn horn for ears. Add whipped cream and sprinkles. Place fresh berries (optional) around the pancake stack.
