Makes 20 cookie cups

 

It’s springtime fun with these easy-to-make cookie cups.

INGREDIENTS

1 box PILLSBURY FUNFETTI Spring Cake Mix

1 stick butter, melted

1 egg

1 tub PILLSBURY FUNFETTI Spring Vanilla Flavored Frosting

Piping Bag

Piping tip #2D

 

DIRECTIONS

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease mini muffin tray with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.

2.Beat cake mix, melted butter, and egg in a large bowl with mixer on medium speed until dough forms.

3.Scoop dough balls into prepared mini muffin tin using 1 tablespoon cookie scoop. Press a spoon gently into the center of each cookie up, making a small indentation.

4.Bake for 9 to 11 minutes until lightly brown. Allow to cool completely.

5.Spoon frosting into a piping bag fitted with piping tip #2D. Piping frosting swirl onto each cookie cup and top with sprinkles from frosting lid.
