FUNFETTI Birthday Cake Bread is perfect for the special day for breakfast, as a snack, or in place of a cake…and it’s gluten free.

 

INGREDIENTS

1 box PILLSBURY FUNFETTI Gluten Free Premium Cake Mix

3 eggs

1 cup water

1/2 cup oil

1 box (3.4 oz) vanilla pudding mix

2 tubs PILLSBURY FUNFETTI Vanilla Flavored Frosting

 

DIRECTIONS

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease two 8″ x 4” loaf pans and set aside.

2.Add FUNFETTI cake mix, eggs, water, oil, and pudding mix to a medium bowl. Stir until combined with a stand mixer, hand mixer or by hand. Pour batter into the two greased pans, dividing evenly.

3.Bake for 47 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool completely. Spread FUNFETTI frosting on top of the birthday bread and top with sprinkles from frosting lid.
