These easy Easter Cupcakes are a quick dessert for any celebration.
YOU’LL NEED
Favorite cupcake recipe or mix
White decorators icing
Food safe icing gel, assorted colors
Wilton Disposable Decorating Bags
Wilton Decorating Tip Open Star #1M
DIRECTIONS
1.Line a 12-cup muffin pan with cupcake liners.
2.Prepare cupcake batter.
3.Fill only 2/3 full to avoid spilling over the sides, then bake at 350 degrees for 19 to 22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Allow cupcakes to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove from the pan to cool completely.
4.Mix icing with icing color to make each shade for decorating. Dip a toothpick into the icing color and mix well with the white frosting.
5.Fill eight bags of frosting, one bag for each shade and a Wilton Decorating Tip #1M.
6.Pipe frosting onto each cupcake and top with sprinkles.
