Craving a sweet, frozen treat during these hot summer months…cool off with a decadent, vegan milkshake made with frozen bananas, strawberries, and EARTH BALANCE Creamy Coconut and Peanut Spread.


1 frozen banana, peeled and chopped
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup almond milk
2 tablespoons EARTH BALANCE Natural Creamy Peanut Butter
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract


1 can (14 oz each) coconut milk, refrigerated overnight
1 teaspoon vanilla protein powder



1.Place banana, strawberries, almond milk, peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla into a blender and blend until smooth.

2.Pour the shake into the glass and top with a cookie and coconut whipped cream.

3.FOR THE COCONUT WHIPPED CREAM: Carefully scoop out the hardened coconut cream into a large bowl, setting aside the water to use another day.

4.Add vanilla and use an electric mixer to whip until it becomes soft and fluffy, like whipped cream.
