Perfect for parties, these easy-to-make Dark Chocolate Mini Cookie Cups are fun for kids to help in the kitchen.
1 package (16.5 ounces) NESTLE TOLL HOUSE Refrigerated Chocolate Chip Cookie Bar Dough
3/4 cup NESTLE TOLL HOUSE Dark Chocolate Morsels
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Paper-line or grease 24 mini-muffin cups.
2.Place squares of dough into prepared muffin cups; press down lightly in center to make a well.
3.Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until edges are set. Remove from oven to wire rack(s). With back of measuring teaspoon measure, make an indentation. Cool completely in pans. With tip of knife, release cookies from cups.
4.Microwave morsels in small, heavy-duty plastic bag on HIGH power for 30 seconds; knead until smooth. If needed, microwave at additional 15-second intervals, kneading until smooth. Cut tiny corner from bag; squeeze chocolate into each cup.
TIP: Substitute 3/4 cup NESTLE TOLL HOUSE Semi-Sweet Chocolate or Peanut Butter & Milk Chocolate Morsels for the Dark Chocolate Morsels.
