This Yarn-Wrapped Wreath Ornament can be customized to your favorite holiday theme.
YOU’LL NEED
Template (CLICK HERE)
Recycled corrugated cardboard (or cereal box)
Pencil
Creatology Blunt Tip Scissors
Yarn
Creatology 1/2” Pom Poms
Creatology Assorted Cup Sequins
Creatology Craft Glue Pens
Ribbon (optional)
DIRECTIONS
1.First, CLICK HERE to download and print the template; then cut out the wreath pattern.
2.Trace both the outside and inside of the wreath pattern onto recycled cardboard. TIP: You will want to choose some cardboard that is sturdy.
3.Cut out the cardboard wreath as well as the inside circle.
4.Wrap yarn around the wreath shape until it’s completely covered with yarn.
5.Decorate the wreath by gluing on sequins and pom-poms. Let dry.
6.To make a hanger for the wreath, just wrap some ribbon through the wreath and make a loop. Tie a knot at the top of the loop.
7.If you’d like, make a bow from the ribbon and glue it onto the wreath.
