Witch’s Cauldron

Put a spooky spin on crayon melting art! Make a Witch’s Cauldron as part of your bewitching DIY Halloween decorations.

YOU’LL NEED

CRAYOLA Crayons

CRAYOLA Construction Paper

Crayon or Pencil Sharpener

Duct Tape

Clear Tape

CRAYOLA Scissors

CRAYOLA No. 2 Pencil

Wax Paper

Hair Dryer

DIRECTIONS

1.Unwrap 2-6 crayons, then use crayon sharpener to create shavings.

2.Lay a piece of wax paper on a protected surface. Evenly sprinkle shavings onto wax paper.

3.Place a slightly larger piece of wax paper overtop and seal edges with duct tape.

4.With the help of an adult, use a hairdryer to melt shavings. Let cool 15 minutes.

5.Draw outline of a cauldron on construction paper, plus inner circle. Cut out both.
