Snowman Snow Ruler

Snow rules! Measure the accumulation (big or small!) with a snowman snow ruler you can make at home.

YOU’LL NEED
CRAYOLA Acrylic Paint

Pencil

Disposable Plate

Ribbon

CRAYOLA Paint Brush

Wooden Spoon

Ruler

DIRECTIONS
Cover spoon in white paint. Dry 1 to 2 hours. Add second coat of paint. Dry 1 to 2 hours.

Use ruler and pencil to mark 1” increments on spoon handle.

Paint facial features on bowl of spoon.

Paint over pencil measurements. Let all paint steps dry 1 to 2 hours.

Tie ribbon around neck of spoon.

Place in the snow to measure how much has accumulated!

TIPS:
A spoon with a flat handle works best for this project!
