DIRECTIONS

1.Wrap the paper tube with the white cardstock and glue it in place. Let dry and cut off any excess paper.

TIP: If you don’t have a paper tube, just cut the cardstock to the height of the snowman and roll into a tube. Glue to secure.

2.Glue two pom-poms on the top, side of the tube across from one another for the earmuffs. Let dry. TIP: ADULT: You can use hot glue to attach the pom-poms and the chenille pipe cleaner for a more secure hold.

3.Cut a piece of chenille pipe cleaner to fit in a slight arc connecting the two pom-poms. Glue into place.

4.Cut a strip of felt to fit around the tube to make a scarf. Glue in place. Let dry.

5.Glue on wiggle eyes, then decorate the rest of the snowman using markers.
