Craft Smart Black Multi-Surface Fine Tip Premium Paint Pen 

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Paint your entire rock with the paint of your choice and let dry. Add additional coats, letting each layer dry until you are happy with the coverage.
  2. Paint stripes, dots, sun, and other summer icons or designs on your rocks. Let dry.
