DIRECTIONS
1.Print out the note templates HERE.
2.Cut out the tags and punch a hole in the top of each tag.
3.Fill a bag with an assortment of HERSHEY’S KISSES Candies. Tie shut with a ribbon, threading the ribbon through the hole in the tag.
