Hanukkah Tissue Paper Faux Stained Glass

Kids will love creating their own Hanukkah Tissue Paper Faux Stained Glass…it’s a great way to get creative for the holidays.

YOU’LL NEED

Star of David pattern (CLICK HERE)

Pencil

Fiskars Blunt-Tip Kids Scissors

12”x12” Cardstock Paper by Recollections, Indigo

Tracing Paper Pad by Creatology

Primary Tissue Paper Square Pack by Creatology

Jumbo Elmer’s Disappearing Purple School Glue Stick

Silver glitter glue

DIRECTIONS

1.CLICK HERE to download and print the Star of David template; cut out shape. Also, cut out the inside of the star.

2.Trace the Star of David onto Indigo cardstock. Cut out the star, again, both outside and inside of the shape; set aside.

3.On a piece of tracing paper, use your glue stick to attach tissue squares. Make sure to overlap the pieces as you work so the tracing paper is completely covered.

4.Lay the blue star on top of the faux stained glass created by the tissue paper and trace around the outer edge. Cut out, then glue it to the back of the blue star.

5.Decorate the star with Silver glitter glue. Let dry.
