Paper plate (or paint palette)
Creatology Talkon Bristle Paintbrushes
Craft Smart Multi-Surface Premium Satin Acrylic Pain, Soft Butter
Pencil
Creatology Watercolor Paper Pad
Crayola Oil Pastels
Elmer’s Jumbo Disappearing Purple Glue Stick
Artist’s Loft Necessities Canvas Panel, 8”x10”
DIRECTIONS
1.CLICK HERE to download and print the template; then cut out the egg pattern.
2.Paint the canvas panel yellow with Soft Butter paint. Let dry. Add an additional coat of paint if desired.
3.Trace the egg pattern onto a piece of watercolor paper with a pencil.
4.Create your Easter egg pattern on the watercolor paper using the white oil pastel where you want the paint to resist (or stay white). Paint your designs using watercolor paints. Let dry.
5.Cut out the egg, then glue it onto the painted canvas board.
