DIRECTIONS

  1. Find your favorite Elmer’s Glue slime recipe by CLICKING HERE. Use one 4 fl. oz. of white Elmer’s Glue for each recipe. Note: There is no need to add food coloring for the bunny slime. For the chick slime, follow slime recipe instructions and add Lemon Yellow food coloring, mixing in with a clean craft stick.
  2. To decorate the treat bags, use a black paint pen to draw two small circles for the eyes, about two thirds of the way down from the top of the bag. Let the black paint dry, then make one or two dots inside each eye with the white paint pen to create eye shine. Let dry.
  3. To finish the bunny treat bag, cut a tiny, pink nose out of adhesive foam and stick it onto a bag, just underneath the eyes. Use photo as guide.
  4. Stuff the bag about halfway with white slime, then twist and close with a twist tie.
  5. Fold a pink chenille pipe cleaner into bunny ears, center the ears over the face on the bag, then wrap the chenille pipe cleaner’s ends around the twist tie closure to secure.
  6. To finish the chick treat bag, cut an orange triangle-shaped beak out of adhesive foam and stick it onto the other treat bag, just underneath the eyes.
  7. Stuff the bag about halfway with yellow slime, then twist and close with another twist tie.
  8. Fold an orange chenille pipe cleaner into three points, center the middle point over your little chick’s face, then wrap the ends of the chenille pipe cleaner around the twist tie closure, just like in the photo.
  9. If you plan to keep your slimes for more than a few hours, be sure to store them in an airtight, sealable container (or a re-sealable plastic bag).
