DIRECTIONS
.Lay out seven craft sticks, side by side, vertically. Make sure they are straight across the top and bottom. Now, lay two mini craft sticks horizontally across the vertical ones and glue to secure the craft sticks in place.
.Paint four mini craft sticks white and set aside to dry.
.Paint the other craft sticks black and let dry.
.Glue the four white craft sticks to the middle of the black craft sticks, lining them up along the bottom. Set aside to dry.
.Cut a half circle that is the same width as the black craft sticks from a piece of cardboard. Wrap red yarn around the cardboard to make a hat. Tie or glue the end of the yarn on the back.
.Glue the hat to the top of the black craft sticks.
.Cut out a beak and feet from orange adhesive foam and stick onto the penguin.
.Cut a circle out of black adhesive foam for the arms. Cut the circle in half and stick one half on each side of the penguin.
.Glue wiggle eyes onto the penguin’s face and a pom-pom onto his hat.
