Christmas Tree Cupcakes

Makes 24 cupcakes

Rockin’ around the Christmas Tree Cupcakes, as everyone will want to grab these cute holiday treats.

 

INGREDIENTS

1 box PILLSBURY FUNFETTI Holiday Cake Mix

Ingredients to make cake mix according to package instructions

2 to 3 tubs PILLSBURY FUNFETTI Holiday Green Vanilla Frosting

24 ice cream cake cones

Piping bag

Piping #4B

Optional: star shaped candy

 

DIRECTIONS

1.Prepare cake mix according to package instructions using water, oil, and eggs to make 24 cupcakes. Cool completely.

2.Frost cupcakes with a butter knife or spatula with a thin layer of frosting.

3.Place an inverted ice cream cone onto each cupcake.

4.Spoon remaining frosting into a piping bag fitted with piping tip #4B. Pipe a continuous swirl around the cone to create the “tree.” Add sprinkles from frosting lid. Optional: top each tree with a star-shaped candy.
