Live Music from the North Pole!


Makes 25 pieces


This fudge recipe makes a great addition to any holiday gift basket.


1 package (8 ounces) semi-sweet baking chocolate

1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened

3 cups confectioners’ sugar

1 tablespoon MCCORMICK All Natural Pure Vanilla Extract

1/2 cup toasted chopped walnuts  (Substitutions available)



1.Line an 8-inch square pan with foil, allowing foil to extend over sides of pan. Spray with nonstick cooking spray.

2.Melt chocolate as directed on package. Beat cream cheese in large bowl with electric mixer until smooth. Gradually beat in sugar on low speed until well blended. Add melted chocoalte and vanilla; mix well. Stir in chopped nuts.

3.Spread evenly in prepared pan.

4.Refrigerate at least 1 hour, or until firm. Use foilk to lift out of pan onto cutting board. Cut into 25 squares or triangles. Store in refigerator.
