Makes 24 cupcakes
You don’t need a grill for these brownie burgers…topped with all the fixins’ for a tasty bbq-themed party.
1 box PILLSBURY Family Size Chocolate Fudge Brownie Mix
1 box PILLSBURY MOIST SUPREME Yellow Premium Cake Mix
2 tubs PILLSBURY CREAMY SUPREME Vanilla Flavored Frosting
Additional ingredients per package instructions
Sweetened shredded coconut flakes
Red, green + yellow gel food dye
Small round white sprinkles
1.Heat oven to 350 degrees.
2.Prepare cake and brownie mix according to package directions to make 24 cupcakes and a 9 x 13-inch brownie sheet. Cool completely.
3.Remove liner from cupcakes and cut in half horizontally to make the top and bottom buns.
4.Use a biscuit cutter to cut rounds of brownies similar to the size of the buns.
5.Divide frosting into three different bowls and dye one red, one orange, and leave the last one plain. Add coconut flakes to a bowl and dye green. Add frosting to a piping bag attached with a round tip.
6.Layer the burgers with the bottom cupcake bun, brownie burger round, cheese with orange frosting, ketchup with red frosting, coconut flake lettuce, vanilla frosting for mayo, and the final top cupcake bun. Top the buns with white sprinkles, and enjoy!
