From HERSHEY’S
Makes 64 (1-inch) squares

The holidays just got a whole lot sweeter with this CADBURY chocolate fudge recipe! Create traditional squares of fudge with an extra chocolaty surprise when you add CADBURY ROYAL DARK chocolate bars and CADBURY milk chocolate candy in crisp sugar shells for a unique crunch in each bite. The holidays are the perfect time to share this dessert that features red, white and green candies to keep your celebrations festive. Display chocolate fudge squares on the dessert table, wrap them for lunchtime snack breaks or have them ready for your holiday movie night.

INGREDIENTS
3 1/2 bars CADBURY ROYAL DARK Chocolate Bars (3.5 oz. each)
1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz.) (not evaporated milk)
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
1 bag CADBURY Milk Chocolate Candy Crisp Sugar Shell in red, white and green, divided
1 1/2 teaspoon holiday-themed non-pareils

DIRECTIONS
1.Line 8 inch square pan with foil, extending foil beyond pan edges. Remove wrappers from chocolate bars; coarsely chop.

2.Place chopped chocolate and sweetened condensed milk in large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at medium (50%) 30 seconds; stir. If necessary, microwave at medium an additional 15 seconds at a time, stirring after each heating, until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth when stirred. Blend in vanilla, if desired.

3.Stir in about 1 cup chocolate candies; spread evenly in prepared pan. Immediately sprinkle surface with non-pareils. Top with remaining chocolate candies, pressing in lightly. (Candies can be randomly sprinkled over surface or arranged in rows for easier cutting.)

4.Refrigerate about 1 hour or until firm. Lift fudge from pan using foil as handles and place on cutting board. Cut into squares. Store fudge in cool, dry place.

Variation

CADBURY DAIRY MILK Chocolate Bars or a combination of CADBURY DAIRY MILK Chocolate Bars and CADBURY ROYAL DARK Chocolate Bars to equal about 2 cups chopped chocolate may be used
