These Brownie Crispy Bars, made with DUNCAN HINES Chewy Fudge Brownie mix and crispy marshmallow treats, are a mashup dessert recipe perfect for picnics and gatherings.
INGREDIENTS
PAM Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
1 pkg (18.3 oz each) DUNCAN HINES Chewy Fudge Brownie Mix
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons BLUE BONNET
4 cups miniature marshmallows
4 cups crisp rice cereal
Red, white and blue sprinkles
DIRECTIONS
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees (325 degrees for a dark/coated pan). Spray bottom 9 x 13-inch pan with cooking spray. Stir together brownie mix, oil, eggs, and water until blended, about 50 strokes. Pour into pan and bake, according to package directions. Cool.
2.Spray large saucepan and rubber spatula with cooking spray. Melt BLUE BONNET over medium-low heat. Stir in marshmallow and cook just until marshmallows are about half melted. Stir in cereal.
3.Press crispy treats into the pan on top of cooled brownies. Top with sprinkles. Cool and cut into bars.
