Makes 16 blondies
A fall-time favorite, Brown Butter Blondies are easy to make and a sweet treat to snack on.
INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup ARROWHEAD MILLS Organic All-Purpose Flour
1/2 cup ARROWHEAD MILLS Organic Whole Wheat Flour – Stone Ground
1/2 cup unsalted butter browned
3/4 cup light brown sugar
1 large egg
3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1 cup marshmallows
DIRECTIONS
1.Preheat the oven to 35 degrees.
2.On medium heat, heat butter until golden. Set aside to cool. In a large bowl, beat brown butter with brown sugar then beat in vanilla, cinnamon, salt and eggs.
3.Add dry ingredients to wet and mix until just combined.
4.Pour batter into an 8×8-inch parchment-lined baking pan.
5. with marshmallows and chocolate. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
6.Allow to cool for 15 minutes before removing from pan and serving!
