DIRECTIONS

.With CRAYOLA Scissors, cut a rectangle of black construction paper, slightly larger than a recycled produce tray. With CRAYOLA Colored Pencils, write the numerals or characters for the new year in large block letters. Fill in numerals with Gel Markers. Outline with CRAYOLA Glitter Glue. Dry. Attach to the flat side of the produce tray with CRAYOLA School Glue. Dry.

.Cut four pieces of black construction paper, about the size of your hand. Cover both sides with gel marker colors and dots of glitter glue. Dry. Start at an outside edge to cut around and around the paper, moving toward the center, to make streamers. Glue streamers to the back of the produce tray.

.Cut a long narrow piece of black construction paper and decorate it with gel markers. Attach it behind the produce tray with some of it showing above the year and some below.

.Cut new year symbols, such as a paper horn and party hat. Decorate with gel markers and accent with glitter glue. Dry. Glue them on the mobile. Dry. Punch a hole on top and hang with ribbon.
