Have your banana split in a bowl and eat it too! Layer ice cream, and the classic banana split toppings, in a chewy brownie bowl for a fun twist on a classic dessert!

INGREDIENTS

PAM Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
1 pkg (18.3 oz each) DUNCAN HINES Chewy Fudge Brownie Mix
1 egg
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup water
1/4 cup DUNCAN HINES Classic Vanilla Creamy Home-Style Frosting
1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles
3 bananas
1 quart vanilla ice cream
Chocolate syrup
REDDI-WIP Original Dairy Whipped Topping

DIRECTIONS

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray one muffin pan with cooking spray.

2.Empty brownie mix into large bowl. Stir in egg, oil, and water until blended, about 50 strokes; batter will be very thick. Divide evenly into muffin cups. Spray the back of a large spoon, or ice cream scoop, and use to make indentations in each muffin cup so batter will spread evenly up the sides.

3.Spray bottom of second muffin tin with cooking spray. Place sprayed side on top of brownie batter in pan and press down firmly to form brownie bowls. Bake 25 minutes. Carefully remove top pan to check for doneness and continue baking without top pan if needed, 3 to 5 minutes. Cool completely.

4.Pour sprinkles into a small shallow bowl. Place frosting in another small microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 5 to 10 seconds, until just melted. Dip the top rim of each brownie bowl into frosting and then into sprinkles.

5.Build banana split sundaes in brownie bowls with slices of banana, ice cream, chocolate syrup, REDDI-WIP, and more sprinkles.

TIP: If you don’t have frosting to dip the brownie bowls, melt 1/4 cup chocolate or white chocolate chips and 1/4-teaspoon vegetable oil in a microwave safe bowl, 30 seconds at a time. Dip brownie bowls in chocolate, then in sprinkles before serving with ice cream and other toppings.
