YOU’LL NEED
WILTON Doughnut Hole Pan
WILTON Nonstick Cooling Grid
WILTON Silicone Spatula
1-1/4 all-purpose flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1-1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 cup apple cider
1 large egg
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon WILTON Clear Vanilla, divided
1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
2 tablespoons milk
WILTON Chocolate Treat Glaze or Nutella
WILTON Chocolate Jimmies or Gold Pearlized Sugar
Pretzel sticks

DIRECTIONS
1.Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease doughnut hole pan with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.

2.In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

3.Add apple cider, egg, butter, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Whisk until combined.
Scrape sides using silicone spatula, and give the batter one mix to combine.

4.Using a tablespoon drop batter into prepared doughnut hole pan.
Bake for 6 to 8 minutes, or until doughnut holes spring back when lightly pressed.

5.Cool in pan for 5 minutes.

6.Remove to nonstick cooling grid to finish cooling.

7.To prepare the glaze, whisk powdered sugar, milk, and remaining 1/2 tea- spoon vanilla together until well-combined.

8.Dip cooled doughnut holes in glaze and place on cooling grid to set.

9.Once the doughnut holes are set, dip the tops in treat glaze or Nutella.

10.Sprinkle chocolate jimmies or gold pearlized sugar over chocolate.

11.Break pretzel sticks to desired length and gently push into chocolate end.

12.Let chocolate set up until firm before serving.

Flip country round wrong side up.

Glue birch tags to the top and bottom right and left edges.

Flip round right side up, and place something heavy on round until tags have dried.

To serve, place a piece of parchment or wax paper over round, and add doughnut holes.
