Star garland

Ashland Natural Jute Twine

Loops & Threads Straight Scissors

Acme United Diagonal Cutter

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a well-ventilated area, spray paint a Mason jar with white chalky paint. Keep the paint can 12″ away from the jar and spray several thin coats for a nice coverage.
  2. Slide a star off the garland and use it as a charm on the Mason jar. TIP: Use the remaining garland to decorate your house or outdoors.
  3. Wrap several layers of jute around the rim of the painted Mason jar and tie on the star.
  4. Cut the stems off the red and white flowers and place in the jar; then add a flag.
