Personalized Easter Basket with Ribbon

This adorable basket is decorated with ribbons and the sweetest bunny-shaped name tag. Just a few minutes of DIY and you’ll be ready to fill it to the rim with your favorite sweet treats.

YOU’LL NEED

Weaved Basket with Handle

8.5” x 11” Cardstock Paper by RECOLLECTIONS

All-Purpose Glue Sticks by ARTMINDS

Low Temp Mini Glue Gun by CRAFT SMART

LOOPS & THREADS Straight Scissors

Wooden Clothespin

Computer

Printer

Pencil

Black Thin Marker

Ruler

Your choice of ribbon (about 2” thick)

Paper Shred (your choice of color)

DIRECTIONS

1.CLICK HERE for the bunny-shaped template; print template.

2.Cut out the bunny pattern, then use a pencil to trace it onto a sheet of white cardstock. Cut out your bunny tag.

3.With your pencil, lightly sketch the recipient’s name onto the center of the bunny tag.

4.When you’re happy with your writing, trace over the pencil lines with a marker. Use the same marker to outline the entire edge of the bunny. Then let it dry for a bit.

5.Warm up your hot glue gun. When it’s ready, use it to attach a clothespin to the edge of the basket.

6.Clip your finished bunny tag onto the basket.

7.Cut about eight strips of pretty ribbon, each 8″ long. Tie each one evenly around the basket handle.

8.Now it’s treat time! Fill your basket with paper shred and fun Easter goodies.
