YOU’LL NEED
CRAYOLA Construction Paper
CRAYOLA No-Run School Glue
Paper Clips
CRAYOLA Markers
CRAYOLA Scissors
DIRECTIONS
1.With CRAYOLA Gel Markers, decorate a large piece of dark construction paper. Use lots of color and whirly twirly designs.
2.Roll the paper into a cone that’s pointed at the top and wide enough for your head at the bottom. Run a line of CRAYOLA School Glue under the outside edge and smooth. Hold the cone in place with paper clips while the glue dries. Cut off any uneven part around the bottom with CRAYOLA Scissors.
3.Trace a circle about the size of the bottom of your hat. Cut the circle in a spiral pattern to its center. Decorate both sides of the spiral with markers. Glue the center of the spiral to the top of your hat, let it circle down around hat, and glue the other side.
