Christmas Light Cupcakes

Makes 24 cupcakes

Make your holiday celebration bright with these Christmas Light Cupcakes.

INGREDIENTS

1 package PILLSBURY Moist Supreme Yellow Cake Mix (or any cake mix of your choice)

Ingredients to prepare cake mix according to package instructions

2 tubs PILLSBURY Creamy Supreme White Frosting

1 tub PILLSBURY Creamy Supreme Chocolate Fudge Frosting

Black gel food coloring

Mini M&M’S

DIRECTIONS

1.Prepare cupcakes according to box instructions, let cool completely.

2.Fill a large piping bag fitted with a large round tip with White Frosting.

3.Apply a generous swirl of frosting on top of the cooled cupcake.

4.Add a small amount of black get food color to about 1/4 cup of dark chocolate frosting to deepen the shade.

5.Add black frosting to a small piping bag fitted with a very small round tip, or cut off the tip of a disposable piping bag.

6.Pipe black frosting in a thin line swirling around the cupcake to create the string of the lights.

7.Add mini M&M’S on to the black frosting to look like mini Christmas lights.
