Makes 2 1/2 to 3 dozen cookies
A fall favorite cookie recipe to impress your guests.
INGREDIENTS
1 package PILLSBURY Perfectly Pumpkin Cookie Mix
1 tablespoon PILLSBURY BEST All Purpose Flour
Additional ingredients to prepare cookie mix per package instructions
1 container PILLSBURY Creamy Supreme Cream Cheese Flavored Frosting
DIRECTIONS
1.Heat oven to 375 degrees. Beat cookie mix, flour, butter, and egg in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until dough forms. Shape dough into ball. Roll dough on lightly floured surface to slightly thinner than 1/4-inch thickness. Cut out shapes with floured 2 1/2- or 3-inch cookie cutters. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets.
2.Bake 7 to 9 minutes, or until edges are light golden brown. Cool on baking sheets 2 minutes. Remove to wire rack to cool completely.
3.Remove cap and foil seal from frosting; microwave on HIGH power 30 to 40 seconds. Stir warmed frosting until it is the consistency of a smooth glaze. Spread over cookies. Decorate cookies as desired. Let stand until frosting is set.
