Chocolate Googly Eyes

From HERSHEY’S

Makes 6 pairs of eyes

When your Halloween party guests are eyeing up the dessert table, the treats will be staring right back at them!

INGREDIENTS

HERSHEY’S Premier White Creme Chips

HERSHEY’S Milk Chocolate Cjoips

DIRECTIONS

1.Line a cutting board with wax paper.

2.Place white creme chips in a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on MEDIUM (50%) for 90 seconds, then stir. Continue heating for 15 seconds at a time, stirring after each interval, until chips are melted and smooth; when stirred.

3.Scoop the melted creme into a piping bag.

4.Pipe pairs of white creme circles directly onto the wax paper. These will be the whites of the googly eyes. To make a set of eyes touch, pipe 2 circles close together and allow sides to merge. Vary the shapes and sizes of eyes as desired.

5.After every 5 or 6 sets of piped eyes, lift the front edge of the cutting board slightly and gently tap it onto the counter a few times. This will make the melted creme settle and instantly smooth out.

6.While the white creme is still wet, add milk chocolate chips (pointed-tip side down) to each circle to create pupils for the eyes.

7.Chill googly eyes in the fridge for 20 minutes.

8.Gently release the eyes from the wax paper and use them to decorate all sorts of baked goods and confections!
